I've been sailing since 1995, I love the sport and the lifestyle.  I have a background in maintenance/engineering and enjoy keeping boats in top condition. I enjoy introducing people to sailing and helping people develop better skills they will retain for a lifetime. I'm an avid motorcyclist when on the hard, having travelled extensively around North America. As a retired diesel mechanic who has trained new and young folks in the trade I have a keen appreciation to see people acquire and develop new skills.  As a fully qualified instructor and USCG licensed Captain, I look forward to sailing with folks who are as keen to enjoy the wind + the waves together, have fun, and learn something too. I'm now based in the Tampa Bay area of sunny Florida, and can easily travel anywhere I'm needed.
